Shipping

Website orders are shipped typically USPS or UPS on the next business day and usually take 3-5 days on average for delivery. Local pick up orders are processed and available same day for orders placed during store hours.

Returns & Exchanges

On the fence about purchasing? The truth is we want you to LOVE every single purchase but we know that is not always possible! For that reason we accept unworn, unused merchandise with original tags for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only effective 1/6/23. Store credit never expires and we feel confident you will find something else to love!

Simple options to return:

Let us send you a return label. Just email info@frenchvioletboutique.com requesting a return (please include your name and order number). You will receive a return shipping label via email once we receive your email request. Label should be affixed to original packaging. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the amount eligible for a return. We cannot refund original shipping costs or costs for return shipping. Return should be postmarked within 14 days of receiving merchandise.
Ship back on your own within 14 days of purchase.

Customers will receive email notification once store credit has been issued.
