On the fence about purchasing? The truth is we want you to LOVE every single purchase but we know that is not always possible! For that reason we accept unworn, unused merchandise with original tags for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only effective 1/6/23.  Store credit never expires and we feel confident you will find something else to love! 

Simple options to return:

  1.  Email us with your return request at
  2. You will receive a return shipping label via email once we receive your email request. Label should be affixed to original packaging. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the amount eligible for a return. We cannot refund original shipping costs or costs for return shipping.  Return should be postmarked within 14 days of receiving merchandise. 
  3. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
  4. Ship back on your own within 14 days of purchase. 

Customers will receive email notification once store credit has been issued.  


  • Due to the limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges simply because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our department. If you are needing a different size/color in an item, you can send the item back and indicate that you would like store credit for the return and use the store credit to repurchase the item in the size/color you would like.
